Searchindex:rebuild quite slow

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.0-1732538192.197abebd.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: Ubuntu package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

Expected behavior:

  • Rebuilding the search index should use the full capacity of the server

Actual behavior:

  • Rebuilding the search index for 14000 tickets takes hours. However the CPU usage ist not more than 30 %.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • sudo zammad run rake zammad:searchindex:rebuild

Is there any way to speed rebuildung the search index up? Where should I search for the bottleneck?
