When i as a user with customer role searches for a ticket i expect to get a result even if the ticket belongs to a secondary organization which i have access to.
Actual behavior:
The search result displays tickets belonging to my primary organization but not the secondary organization.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make sure the user have customer role and have access to a secondary organization with tickets
Search for a ticket belonging to the secondary organization
That indeed looks odd and feels unintended.
Please create a bug report in Zammads repository and make sure to mention this thread to speed up the verification of the issue.
