Expected behavior:
- An option in the scheduler to select “last post is from customer”
Actual behavior:
- The scheduler works, but not as expected
Question
Is there an option in the scheduler that filters on:
- Last post from customer
- Last post is not from the system (Zammad)
- Last Past from owner
Maybe this also works with attributes, but I don’t know which ones?
