Scheduler Filter

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1703848222.b78c3a07.bullseye
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Linux Debian 11
  • Browser + version: latest Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • An option in the scheduler to select “last post is from customer”

Actual behavior:

  • The scheduler works, but not as expected

Question

Is there an option in the scheduler that filters on:

  • Last post from customer
  • Last post is not from the system (Zammad)
  • Last Past from owner

Maybe this also works with attributes, but I don’t know which ones?

The first two options are in the conditions. The last one, isn’t.
