i have SimpleSAMLphp for SAML login from my existing customer database.
Login works an users are created. But when i attach the phone attribute the phone number from SimpleSAMLphp was not writen in zammad.
can anybody help me or tell me what attribute i have to use.
I’m not sure if you can pass the phone number as a SAML attribute. Maybe a dev can chime in, but the docs do only say first name, last name, display name, and email are supported. I’d assume the other attributes must be filled in per customer/agent in zammad.
it’s not so nice if that’s not possible, it works via ldap but my customer data comes via saml and I need the data in zammad
