Same operator remains assigning ticket to others group

Hi, we need to understand an issue about assigning a ticket to an operator.
In our Zammad we have a ticket assigned to a group and to a specific operator, when we go to assign the ticket to another group (of which that operator is not a part) the same operator remains, even if it is not part of the group.
How can this be avoided? We noticed this after updating to Zammad 5

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) APT
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: All browser have this problem

Hard to tell.
Usually, if the agent cannot be an owner in the new group, the owner should reset.

If this doesn’t happen, your network may not satisfy Zammads requirements. E.g. websockets not working. See Software — Zammad documentation
