Rules for Tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Zammad 3.1
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • Browser + version: Chrome 78.0.*

Expected behavior:

Can I set the maximum number of tickets per agent to 20.
And can I set that the oldest tickets to be processed first.

Actual behavior:

Sorry, but that’s not possible at the moment.

You can’t enforce this, but you might want to help your agent by simply sorting from old to new (in the overview).

Oldest on top will help your user to see it first.

However: If your agents ignore tickets, that’s imho another issue that you proberbly wouldn’t be able to solve with above solution you’re seeking. Just my thoughts. :x
