Ruby server doesn't start

Hello

my production Zammad gives me a 502 Bad Gateway error.
This is because the ruby server on port 3000 just shortly coming up on start and then dying instantly.
I’ve been getting this since the last restart of the VM on which it’s running.
Anybody any ideas?
Which logs are required?

Your production.log (/var/log/zammad/) should hold hints on why it doesn’t wanna life.
