Routing ('Agent' & 'Admin') To Customer Ticket Create View

Expected behavior:

  • Make agent and admin routed to /#customer_ticket_new view instead of #ticket/create/id/@id

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • create ticket using customer and agent role

Zammad cannot decide if an agent wants to create a ticket as customer or not and thus will always provide agent based ticket dialogues. This also should be written down somewhere in the documentation - but I’m too lazy to search it for you right now.
