Its a must that Zammad to be Responsive.
Most of clients use their mobile phones to read or create tickets, Also if zammad to be responsive we could easy build mobile native app ( Web View ).
Absolutely agree. Even though the interface looks like it would be responsive, it’s not. I think this is a must for a modern interface.

Hey, but I think it possible to build a new interface that consumes the APIs or even a mobile app.
We’ve got that on our roadmap, but as we have limited ressources, this will take time.
