Reset Ticket Count

Infos:

  • Zammad version 2.6.x
  • Install via RPM package
  • CentOS 7.4.1708
  • Chrome 68.0.3440.106

Expected behavior:

  • Able to delete the ticket counts after ticket has been destroyed via the consoles

Actual behavior:

  • Ticket destroyed via consoles does not update the ticket count in the reporting page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • execute zammad run rails c and followed by Ticket.destroy_all
