Reset password problem

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)DEB
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Safari

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

  • statuscode: 500 {“error”:“ARGON2_MEMORY_ALLOCATION_ERROR”} can’t reset the password because of this error!

Whats your hardware ressource configuration on your Host?


Side note: Please note that Zammad 3.1 is depreacted and there were important security updates introduced with Zammad 3.3 - you might want to consider upgrading.

This is the same with ours. we encounter this. just now. how can we upgrade to zammad3.3. I got this error: W: An error occurred during the signature verification. Now, I got this error, after i run apt-get upgrade. hope you can help since we received a lot a ticket per day. thank you

The error you mentioned is an issue with your package manager where I can’t help sorry, that’s out of scope.

Beside, I don’t understand what you mean by “It’s down” (that’s not an error message that helps to help you). The above errors suggest that you couldn’t upgrade Zammad at all.

Please provide error messages.
