Resend bounced mail replys through UI


Due to the nature of some e-mail spam filters it happens that sometimes reply e-mails bounce at the customers e-mail host. Usually this is something for the postmaster to clear up and get whitelisted again at the customers mailsever.
However this leads to the situation that Zammad and thus the Agent thinks the e-mail has correctly been send to the customer (which is generally OK behaviour), but it would be great if there would be a resend button for an already send ticket response so the agent does not need to resend the the same e-mail again manually, but can simply hit the button “resend” once the postmaster gives a green light to the Agent.
This would reduce unnecessary clutter in tickets as each reply creates an article.
