in Zammad, is there the possibility of request management as in e.g. OTRS, Request Tracker or Zendesk? If not planned to implement this? I´m running Zammad 3.1 under CentOS 7.
I need this to have hardware approve orders to foreign departments.
We currently don’t have such a functionality. I can’t tell you if this will ever be on our roadmap at the moment.
You have two options here:
- custom development (by us or on your own)
- (and a third would be API which might be far from perfect for that use case)
