Hi all,
I came across this feature request on the forum: Allow OAuth connected Google/Microsoft mailboxes to be used for notifications. There are also some possible solutions discussed here: Possible Solutions and Alternative Solution.
Given the context, I kindly ask @watsoncreative if you could share how to set up triggers to send notifications via OAuth Mailboxes, in case the official solutions don’t work or aren’t feasible for some reason. As we all know, sometimes things aren’t always ideal or possible to fully adhere to the standards.
I understand this may not be an official solution supported by the Zammad team, but this is where the beauty of Open Source comes in—offering flexibility and freedom, as Richard Stallman beautifully put it:
“Free Software can be used for any purpose and is free of restrictions.”
