Reports for solution time (yearly/monthly)

Hi,
I think I am completely blind.
I find a report tool and the dashboard.
However, whenever I go in the report tool, I can see all created tickets and closed ticket.
I didn’t find the way to get a column with the “solution time” (time for which the ticket was open to close).
Neither, average solution time or such.

Only the daily stat in the dashboard.

Is there a way to have monthly or yearly ?

The onboard reporting is fairly basic.
You may want to consider using Grafana instead. It’s much more powerful than Zammads reporting and should provide nearly anything you require.
