"Reporting" - will not be updated and tickets are missing

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.
  • Used elasticsearch: 7.15
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Problem:

after apt-get update & upgrade (elasticsearch update) the reporting doesn´t work.

zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild shows no improvement.

let me know if you need any further information.

the problem was solved by increasing the diskspace of the filesystem.
