Reporting error while filtering for tags

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.2.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: Ubuntu Package

Expected behavior:

  • See all tickets containing one specified tag

Actual behavior:

  • Preview in report generator works, report view shows error 500: {“error”:“unknown operator ‘contains one’”} (same error when selecting “contains all” in the report designer - obviously error then states “contains all” is an unknown operator)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a report with one filter (Tags, contain one/contain all, )
  • save report and try to view the result

Same problem here (Xenial, Zammad package 2.2.0-1513237090.47a1bb76, elasticsearch 5.6.5). Interestingly, the search preview in the report edit window works fine.

We’re having exactly the same behaviour as stated above by @mtrojacher and @tdussa.
