Reporting does not always show First reaction in Excel


  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • When i Download the Reporting in Zammad, i especially need to see the collumn “First response at” filled with information.

Actual behavior:

  • Only a few collumns are filled with a timestamp

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When i download the reporting, many collumns in the Excel list arent displayed.

Why does this happen?

Some fields are function specific.
first response at and others are relevant for Zammads SLA calculation. I assume the tickets in questions do not qualify for SLA calculation in your case.
