Reporting by first operator assigned

Operating system: centos 7

Hi,

I don’t really know if it is Technical assistance or more feature request.

It would be nice to have possibility to report tickets by the first group or operator assigned.

Actually I can only report for the operator last assigned or that last updated the ticket.

Is this possible or is a feature request?
