Report profile is case insensitive and the report is case sensitive

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Centos 7.9 X86_64
  • Browser + version: Chrome 99.0.4844.74 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • The report filter should be case insensitive

Actual behavior:

  • The filter is case sensitive

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • The filter of the reports in the preview is case insensitive, but when the report is generated it is case sensitive:

  • In the new profile creation, with “usuario” or “USUARIO” (both) show 79 tickets:

  • The final report, with “USUARIO” shows 7 tickets, and with “usuario” shows 9 tickets, for the same period of time:

The preview may behave slightly different - it’s to give you a rough idea what is being returned.
There’s no option to filter case insensitive in Zammad.
