Report or Schedule Inactivity i.e. tickets not created

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1-1673273375.1b11bdb8.buster
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Buster
  • Browser + version:

Reports and schedules seem to all about tickets that have been created.
How do I schedule tasks if someone does NOT raise a ticket for e.g. 1 month.

You can schedule based on a specific age on tickets (like “updated at”):

However, you cannot qualify this on a user basis.

Technically you could have a look via API if that helps, requires fiddling from your end though.
