report creation with group filter

Expected behavior:

Good evening, I need to create an excel report filter by group.
Luckily I have 3 groups and I would need each member of a group to only be able to report on their own group. To better explain how to do it with overviews I should make sure that each group can only see their own reports.
Do you have any suggestions for doing what I need?

Actual behavior:

The reports created are seen by all members of each group

It is not possible to restric the reporting function to data of only a specific scope (as stated by the documentation). It might be an option to use Grafana with custom dashboards and specific access permission for specific users. But that’s all very manual.
