Replying for tickets from email client e.g. thunderbird

Expected behavior:

Is it possible to respond to tickets also from an email client? I have configured Zammad to send notifications of created tickets via email, but I was wondering if it is possible to respond to them from thunderbird, without accessing the web UI. I think this behavior can be achieved using triggers, but I have no idea what this particular trigger should look like.
If you could give me an example of such a trigger, that would be great!
