Expected behavior:
character “+” is being replaced with “%20” in links on zammad tickets
Actual behavior:
“+” should remain “+” when opening links from Zammad
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Ticket created via email with link is showing on zammad as:
(https://www.somesite.co.il/api/v1/documents/download?d=zAZaF**%20ZPCbMUKFZhnYOPcnXio2r08iWblTXLJgUg9ptYw%20arDCqn2imRVnBTT1/SqQojyvTx1f9HfKhOY1/5Q0DrScrgC/1JMX5QZdczpt%20**ctBirr5V6ealAtUBx/5VSCiCNXtqSm0f3mOO/YrZlWvqYUa0bIhKmcpTjFWadZJCtksXCMsx8zoJOOE4NdaST9Zw==)
when downloading the email (Raw from zammad) the link appears fine and you can open it.
Zammad is replacing “+” with “%20” and making the links to the website reach 404 instead of their intended destinations.
Please assist me with this issue.
