We are new to using Zammad and are loving it so far. I Am hoping to suggest a few quality of life improvements that could be implemented in the future. I will log a separate feature request for each.
The ability to drag and reorganise views and settings would be amazing. Currently when you select a new attribute to show in an overview, they are stuck in the order they are listed in.
The same goes for the tree menu when creating a ticket. If we could reorder how our categories show without having to retype them all. I was thinking a burger bar you can grab to slide them up and down the list. Photo ‘ZammadCategory’ has an example of this.This feature would be superb.
