Removing formatting from text that's been used in someone else's ticket

  • Used Zammad version: I don’t know how to tell because I’m an agent, not an admin
  • Used Zammad installation type: I don’t know how to tell because I’m an agent, not an admin
  • Operating system: Windows 11
  • Browser + version: Firefox 129.0.2 (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • Reply to customer below quoted text is readable

Actual behavior:

  • Only part of the reply below the quoted text is readable. A possible reason is that part of the response was copied/pasted from someone else’s ticket. On our two-person team, the admin is too busy to create response templates and I (the agent) do not have admin permissions.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Attempted to reproduce the behaviour by responding both above, below, and within quoted text. Could not replicate.
