Title: Please remove inline images from quotes.

What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Usually when answering tickets agents send those inline images out again, or have to manually remove them form the quoted text. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
When the answer could not be processed (see screenshot).
We get an error “Status Code 413” then.

Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
It could be solved by not quoting, but this … well … would not quote. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Not sending out the images the customer sent.
I think inline images should be removed. Perhaps replaced with an “empty” img tag just providing the alt text.
Why: because they can get large. We do not reply with the original attachments, so we should not waste space ect with inline images.
