Reminder on Ticket Change - only for new Messages

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

If I get a message that a ticket has changed, I don’t want to get a message for bulk changes like setting values of custom fields.

Actual behavior:

I can only choose if I want to get a message on a ticket change.
To be informed about customers that send new messages to a ticket, I need to enable this.
On Bulk Actions, I get so much mails that I lose the overview about what tickets are new or edited.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

My Idea was to disable the notifcations and create some myself with triggers.
Would that be possible? This Way, I have to Problems:

  1. In the conditions, I can only chose “has changed” for the parameter - not “has not changed”.
  2. I can only inform certain persons or the owner. I can not chose “subscribed people”.
