Receiving tickets from email channel but not from web channel

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: hosted
  • Operating system: mac
  • Browser + version: not related

Expected behavior:

  • I’m seeing tickets generated by Email channel but not any tickets generated by Web Channel

Actual behavior:

  • I’m expecting to see tickets from all Channels

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • When emails are sent to my support email, it automatically create a ticket. I can see it. All good. Now, I’ve created a customer account for testing. And from this account (using another email I have) I’ve created a ticket. I can see that this customer test account has been correctly registered but I’m not able to see the ticket created by this customer account from my admin/agent account. I suspect that this is a misconfiguration between Users, Groups and Roles but I’m a bit lost… Thanks!

ok. I’m really getting confused between Groups, Roles and Group Permissions but I’m now able to see Web Channel Tickets thanks to ChatGPT. This ticket can be closed.
