Expected behavior:
- I’m seeing tickets generated by Email channel but not any tickets generated by Web Channel
Actual behavior:
- I’m expecting to see tickets from all Channels
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- When emails are sent to my support email, it automatically create a ticket. I can see it. All good. Now, I’ve created a customer account for testing. And from this account (using another email I have) I’ve created a ticket. I can see that this customer test account has been correctly registered but I’m not able to see the ticket created by this customer account from my admin/agent account. I suspect that this is a misconfiguration between Users, Groups and Roles but I’m a bit lost… Thanks!
