Questions about Style Sheet and Templates

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Hello,

i’m very new on zammad and do much try & error things for learning on a test system. Now my problem is, that the style of the default e-mails is very small. so i want change the letter size. i don’t find anything in the admin gui. i just found in /opt/zammad/app/views/ …. different files, where i can change the text and variables.

So my questions are.

  1. Is that the normal and correct way to change text in the language template files, or will they be overwritten at the next update?
  2. Where can i change the style of the outgoing mails?
