Push Notifications for Android

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: chrome 131

Expected behavior:

  • When a new ticket is opened, receive in celular android or iOS One push notification, Ideal Will be one app, not a chrome alias.

Actual behavior:

  • Today the push notifications only work in the chrome for windows when the zammad platform is open, in android can’t receive any notification.

Have one procedure about pushover app, but is one remedy only.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open zammad in android chrome browser, wait a new ticket arrive, and see that don’t have any push notification.

Tammad doesn‘t support push notifications for mobile devices as of now.
