Public Access Ticket Overview Dashboard

The Network monitoring system we use has the option to assign a public-access URL to certain display pages using a unique URL with a GUID. We use this to display network status on a large TV in the IT office.

It would be very useful to be able to display a dashboard of the Zammad IT Helpdesk on another screen, for the department’s tickets - how many are currently open, urgent tickets etc etc.

I imagine (I hope!) I wouldn’t be the only Zammad user that would find this a useful feature?



We’ve had other users simply polling the Zammad-API and building their own beautiful Dashboard for monitoring. :slight_smile:
