Prohibit change of Ticket Title via CoreWorkflow

Expected behavior:

  • Prohibit title change if ticket group is TS

Actual behavior:

  • ticket title can still be edited

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • create coreworkflow that sets “title” to “read-only” under given circumstances
