Problem with owners

When an agent becomes the owner of a ticket, everything works fine.
after a few hours the system changes it to owner nobody

in the history this is what it shows

  • notification sent to ‘lmartinez@gdrsoluciones.com (update: online, email)’

checking, the system gives me the owner but only for a limited time

how do i eliminate that time?
