Welcome to the community,

let’s start from the beginning (according to my slight rant: Asking for help on community):

  • Are there any errors in your production.log ?
  • Are you using elasticsearch and if so is it up and running?
  • Is the User/E-Mail-Address an existent user in Zammad?

Thank You,

zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild --trace ist the solution!

THX!
