Problem import From Zendesk with console method

Good morning,

I am currently experiencing an issue importing tickets from Zendesk to Zammad. Here is a summary of the situation:

  • I installed zammad via docker compose

  • I migrated from Zendesk to Zammad using the rails server Console method.
    Out of a total of 80,000 tickets in Zendesk, only 40,000 were successfully imported into Zammad.

  • However, the 40,000 users, the 470 organizations and the 3 groups were imported correctly.

I would like to understand why only 40000 tickets were imported and how to resolve this problem in order to recover all the tickets in Zammad.

Hi,

did you see any errors inside the logs? Without additional information, it’s very difficult.

Zammad normally only skippes “deleted” tickets.
