I am currently experiencing an issue importing tickets from Zendesk to Zammad. Here is a summary of the situation:

I installed zammad via docker compose

I migrated from Zendesk to Zammad using the rails server Console method.
Out of a total of 80,000 tickets in Zendesk, only 40,000 were successfully imported into Zammad. -
However, the 40,000 users, the 470 organizations and the 3 groups were imported correctly.
I would like to understand why only 40000 tickets were imported and how to resolve this problem in order to recover all the tickets in Zammad.
