Still evaluating Zanmad, one feature that is a must to replace our current ticketing system is the ability to create a 4x4 matrix (impact and urgency).
End User is not allowed to choose Priority, instead when creating a ticket answers two drop-down questions “Impact” and “Urgency” (then the platform according to the matrix establishes the correct priority for the Ticket.
Can you provide some insights on how to accomplish this?
