Prevent ldap resetting/overwriting ACLs/Roles

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.0 && 3.6.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) deb && ucs
  • Operating system: centos && ucs/debian
  • Browser + version: %

Expected behavior:

  • User has Admin access

Actual behavior:

  • Access was revoked on the next sync

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Give user admin access… wait for the next sync.

No can do.
We expect your LDAP source to be the most current version which is why LDAP overruleZ users Zammad finds in the LDAP queries.

If you don’t want that ensure that the admin user has no information we can find in the LDAP.
