Preauth to enable a trusted third party

Hi Zammad team,

it is possible to add a preauth feature to do an auto login in Zammad from a user already logged in an external applications? An example of this feature is preauth login of Zimbra (https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Preauth).

Hello,

generally Zammad supports standard log-In precedures like o-Auth/o-Auth2/ SAML. We checked out Zimbra, and it doesn’t look like a standard log-in procedure, so this is not in our interest for implementation.
