Possible to see the mail headers of the original email?

• Used Zammad version: 5.1.1-1650894976.28c5b986.bullseye
• Used Zammad installation type: Debian package
• Operating system: Debian 11
• Browser + version: Firefox, Vivaldi, Chromium, …

Expected behavior:

• I’d like to see the email header lines of the submitted email

Actual behavior:

• I don’t know where or how to find the email header lines of the submitted email

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Send an email with e.g. a filled CC and/or X-something field
• Ticket is created
• Just the mail body is visible in the ticket
• It would be nice and very useful to be able to see all header lines (X-something, CC, Received: …)

If you click on article, below it opens a black box, with a link to “Raw”. here you can download the original message;

then just open it in a text editor.

I can’t believe we overlooked this. None of me or my colleagues came up with the idea to click directly on the message box. Cool feature! But well hidden!
