Possibility to add attachments to ticket templates?

I really love the new ticket template editor, but I would like to be able to add attachments to the ticket text for e-mails, in the same way you can add attachments to Knowledge Base articles. Would that be possible?


That’s something I really miss too. It would also be good if there was an option to reply with templates or to enable attachments in text modules (e.g. via File - Placeholder)
