Possibility to add a note to a Core Workflow

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    I need to take notes to a Core Workflow, because when I make changes, I need to adjust other parts of my configuration as well.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    When I adjust ticket attributes (tree_select) I need to adjust all triggers, core workflows and what not that are related to that tree_select. I want to write notes to a configuration setting, what other settins are also effected. This is possible on most of my settings, but not for Core Workflows.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    Because Core Workflows don’t have “notes”-attributes.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    Being able to add notes to Core Workflows.
