Hello everybody. I need an advice. Can’t understand how it works. I have installed zammad, did the integration with my ldap. See my users. Created groups and activate some accounts. But, I can’t login to the web ui with ldap accounts. I see something like “Check Credentials or Verify account”. All account doesn’t have an e-mail, I don’t have e-mail connectors yet and all accounts unverified. How can I verify them and check web ui access?
You can use the username of your ldap. Email address and username both works, given you have the correct credentials.
The problem is that it is not working
I tried to use username, principal name, different accounts. All accounts is active but not verified because they don’t have e-mails. Only admin account works as default.
As I said. Accounts do not require an email address. What username (‚login‘) is displayed in Zammads UI? Also‘el‘?
