First of all, my appreciation for Zammad team for implementation of WhatApp integration, it’s a great improvement!
After using this feature for a while we faced an inconvenience with voice messages, as it’s required to download them and play in the external player. It would be very handful to make inline play of those type of attachments the same way as it’s done with image attachments preview.
