we integrated Placetel as our sip provider and everything works.
Just the “Open a new ticket on phone call answer” does not work.
Only one user gets the dialogue to create a new ticket including the customer information. Other Agents have to open the dialogue manually.
We added the Placetel user with @fbpx.de and the Zammad Login Names in the settings menu. All users look the same, but it works only for me.
Is there anything we have to deploy in Placetel to get this function work?
