Hello,
is it possible with zammad to know if the response mail was read ?

No it’s not possible.
Technically it is if you know how, but as it’s not 100% sure that our sanitizer won’t fish it out (and I’m absolutely against such things personally) I won’t provide the hacky way, I’m sorry.

This is also protect users from doing this in a scope that they can’t foresee and thus possibly break their instance.

In our case it is a question of knowing if a supplier read the mail, and if the mail did not fall into the spam part. If you have another solution or then the possibility of putting a receipt as in Outlook.

There’s no such possibility in Zammad. Neither for tracking pixels nor for requesting read receipts as in Outlook. Sorry.
