Permit agents to customers

Is it possible to hide groups in the customer ticket view? Or can I permit Agents to not see tickets from every organization?

in order to “hide” specific groups from your customers, you can use the web settings:

As this sounds fishy I’ll write it straight away: Do never ever provide your customers with agent permissions. If you do, they’ll get access to every customer and organization in your system. These are not group relevant.

If this wasn’t your goal anyway, don’t mind me.
You can also provide your agents access to specific groups. If they don’t have access in a group, they won’t see (or if they try the direct link can’t see) any tickets they don’t have access to.
