Title: when setting pending close, default date is current day and time is 8:00. That is in the past, so it’s wrong.
- Workflow is that when ticket is solved, we set it to pending close. Default time is in the past, so it needs to clicked and changed every time.
- Every ticket, unnecessary clicks and lost time
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
- Either change default from 8:00 to 23:00 or make if configurable in settings
Your Zammad environment:
- Average concurrent agent count:10
- Average tickets a day:33
- What roles/people are involved:IT and project people (two separate instances)
Anything else which you think is useful to understand your use case: Default is wrong anyway, so it’s not correct for anyone.
