Pending default time change from 8:00

Title: when setting pending close, default date is current day and time is 8:00. That is in the past, so it’s wrong.

  1. Workflow is that when ticket is solved, we set it to pending close. Default time is in the past, so it needs to clicked and changed every time.
  2. Every ticket, unnecessary clicks and lost time
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
  4. Either change default from 8:00 to 23:00 or make if configurable in settings

Your Zammad environment:

  • Average concurrent agent count:10
  • Average tickets a day:33
  • What roles/people are involved:IT and project people (two separate instances)

Anything else which you think is useful to understand your use case: Default is wrong anyway, so it’s not correct for anyone.
