It would be great if there is possibility to paste screenshot in message in telegram channel via Ctrl+V.
1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Add the possibility to add screenshots via Ctrl+V in telegram channel and send them to clients.
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Every ticket, created in telegram channel, where screenshot is needed.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
In email channel it works fine.
In telegram channel it is solvable, but takes few more time to attach screenshot (it is needed to save screenshot as a file and then click “add attachment”, find and choose folder where the screenshot is located).
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Faster and more convenient providing responses on tickets.
Zammad environment:
- Average concurrent agent count: 6
- Average tickets a day: 30
- What roles/people are involved: staff
