Expected behavior:
- no input is put into the helpdesk so nothing to happen on the email side of things
Actual behavior:
- no input is put into the helpdesk however a constant stream of emails is being sent to our emails saying the owner has changed on multiple tickets.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- this is none stop and constant so there is no input to cause this behaviour
